Devin Uqdah is an attorney and former accountant. Devin focuses his practice on corporate law, business law, tax law, and estate planning. He advises clients through mergers and acquisitions, prepares wills and trust documents, provides tax advice on real estate transactions, and drafts business agreements. 

In addition to his work as an attorney and accountant, Devin has worked in the public sector. In his position, Devin used his law experience to advise the government on election, labor, and contracting laws. 

Devin has worked with domestic and international clients, assisting businesses on complex tax issues. He has planned operations for multinational companies and nonprofits, worked with international restructuring plans, and worked on global tax compliance.
